Less than 3 hours drive from Brisbane, we can also cater for Small Business 'Think Tanks' and 'Getaways' for groups as small as four or six executives. Our team can work with you to create a program that balances your 'thinking and work time' with entertainment, dining and recreation.
Our two signature restaurants, 'The Cooperage' on the estate and 'The Grand Function Room' in our Joe's Grand Goomeri Hotel nearby, can cater for special evening meals, prepared to suit your conference theme, budget and palate.
Our function areas include:
- 'The Bank Chambers' - A cavernous, converted National Bank Branch located in 'The Fork inn'
- 'The Chapel' - Our replica church schoolhouse on the Vineyard
We have theatrette space for 50 people and selected areas for smaller groups to workshop around the property.
To experience the best in personally tailored meetings, seminars and conferences please contact Joe Prendergast - our friendly Conference Director. He would love to discuss your requirements in further detail.
Team Building at Dusty Hill Vineyard
An important part of any staff conference is the motivational component and team bonding that can only be created 'out of office'. We can organise a group tour of the region and surrounding vineyards and Cellardoor outlets.
Lake Barambah or Bjelke Petersen Dam is one of the best fishing locations in southern Queensland. In fact, if you want to hook up to a big bass or yellow belly perch then this is the place for you. What better way to end your day with fresh caught fish and a bottle or two of Dusty Hill Wine on the Vineyard. We can even included guided fishing tours for your seminar team.
Your team will enjoy the experience and remember the charm of our region for many years to come With broadband internet facilities, enabling high speed internet reception and full mobile telephone coverage, your staff will be in constant contact with the outside world, if deemed necessary. We have full digital projection facilities and public address for your convenience.
Entertainment On Site
We can provide live entertainment at either of our evening venues from chamber music, to balladeers, to folk singers, or rock. The dance floor in 'The Cooperage' is a testament to many successful end of conference celebrations.
Rather than publish structured seminar programmes, we prefer to work with you, offering suggestions and value adding to your thought processes and past experience with conferences. One thing is certain, whilst we can cater for one day seminars, our customers usually opt for at least three day Retreats to take advantage of all that is on offer, after all you and your staff have worked hard, what better way to reward hard work and success than a Vineyard Retreat.
